Program Description

Please join your colleagues for the Labor & Employment Section first Dinner Speaker Series of 2023! The one-hour live webinar program will take an insightful dive to the latest California employment laws for 2023 with top-notch employment law experts who will share their expertise and shed light on employers and employees alike. They will delve into pay transparency, CFRA's expansion to cover "designated person," FEHA's expansion to cover reproductive health decision making, bereavement leave, the emergency condition bill, and a COVID update, among other topics.
