Summary

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
Some attorneys and party representatives in mediation don’t get enough out of their mediator. Mediation participants and advocates who attend will learn how to maximize the value they get from their mediator, like squeezing a very expensive tube of toothpaste. This workshop covers 12 specific and actionable tips that attorneys and others in mediation can use to get that value, and to maximize their eventual settlement. This program also covers the principles of influence and the psychology of persuasion.
