Summary

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
The panel will provide insight into putting on evidence and the methodology used in determining the Marital Standard of Living and the Imputation of Income for Child and Spousal Support. This presentation will also discuss the use of common exhibits, witnesses and experts. The knowledge gained from this program will also help assist clients that cannot afford experts regarding these issues.
