United States EEOC Commissioner Keith Sonderling has been one of our nation's leaders in developing awareness of both the opportunities and threats presented by AI, and as a Commissioner for America's anti-discrimination workplace enforcement agency, plays a key role in developing policy. Elaine Reardon, Ph.D. is an employment litigation industry leader with an extensive background solving sophisticated statistics and economic challenges in employment practices and a track record of working effectively and quickly with her clients.
