PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
This trial preparation program covers practical tools, workflows, and techniques to prepare for trial.  The program will feature two dynamic panels, each comprised of a plaintiff’s attorney and a defense attorney.  The speakers will focus on less frequently discussed topics, such as strategic to-do lists and deadline management, how to best review and annotate depositions and discovery for use at trial, trial binders, exhibit organization, witness coordination and preparation, anticipation of evidentiary issues, courtroom technology, and much more!

This is the first program of a two-part series.  The second program will address additional trial preparation essentials, including motions in limine and pre-trial documents (exhibits list, jury instructions, and verdict forms).
