Labor and Employment Law Section

The Labor and Employment Law Section is the nation’s premier organization serving labor and employment law professionals. With more than 850 members, the Section offers more educational programs and activities than any other organization of its kind, making it the leading resource for attorneys, neutrals, and professionals engaged in workplace law.

We are dedicated to advancing the practice and understanding of labor and employment law by providing top-quality educational programming, opportunities for networking and dialogue, and a forum for practitioners from every perspective—management, labor, employee advocacy, and government—to exchange ideas.

  • Attorneys representing management, unions, employees, or serving as neutrals
  • Government Officials active in employment and labor regulation
  • Associate Members including union representatives, human resources professionals, risk management and security employees, and law students
