The Business Law Section serves attorneys practicing in corporate, securities, finance, and transactional law. By providing education, resources, and networking opportunities, the Section supports practitioners at every stage of their career—from transactional attorneys seeking technical updates to corporate counsel managing today’s most complex challenges.
