Marvin Greene Distinguished Service Award

Marvin Greene was one of the founding members and Chairs of this Section. He believed that all business lawyers should have an ability to interact, to learn from one another and to work together to improve the practice of law. Marv was an inspiration not only to lawyers at his firm, Loeb & Loeb, but also to countless others who had the pleasure of working with him or learning from him.

In 1993, the Section established the Marvin Greene Award in recognition of his contributions to the Section. This award, the only one given by the Section, honors one individual each year who best exemplifies the leadership and contributions to our Section that Marvin gave to us.
